Q: How fast will I receive my order?

A:  As an online shop, we use the third party services of a shipping company - as stated also in the terms of service and tracking pages: 

By placing an order on our site you agree to shipping via a third party.


Q: Where will my order ship from?
A: Orders are shipped from Voluntari Post office, and usually we use beautiful stamps for sending them. 

A2 - Some orders will be shipped via International Mail Service, without stamps on covers.


Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: Shipping costs are calculated in the Shopping Cart page and they are in line with the tariffs of Romanian Post. Details here.


Q: On the product page it shows that if I order more items, I will receive a discount. Why the discount is not visible?

A: The total discount for one order appear in your cart page, before payment. You can order 10 items form a product and 5 items from another one; because discounts can not be cumulated, it will appear only on cart page, before payment.


Q: When I order more than 40 euro, you say that is free shipping. My order is 41 euro, but after I insert the discount code sent via newsletter, I don't have free shipping. Why?

A: The free shipping is granted for a paid value than the treshold shown. That means, when you apply the discount code, the total value to be paid become less than the treshold. Everything in our shop is automated.


Q: How long do I have to wait to receive my order?

A: We ship via National Post system. That usually means Snail mail for remote destinations. Every location can be different. Delivery times can be affected by certain situations (such as the current Covid pandemic). The Postal System does not guarantee a specific time.

Estimate transit times:

  • Europe: 10-15 business days (also depends on destination country)
  • North America: 25 - 30 business days (up to 50)
  • Australia  >35 business days (up to 60)
  • New Zealand and Oceania: not open to incoming mail;
  • Asia & Pacific: >4business days (up to 60)
  • Latin America and Caribbean: >50 business days (up to 70)
  • Middle East and Africa: >50 business days  (up to 70)

Q: How do I calculate the shipping cost on an order?

A: To find out the total cost of your order, simply add the product(s) you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart. You can then view your Shopping Cart and choose a state and zip code to which you will be shipping. Next press Estimate, here you will see your shipping options. Choose your shipping option and press Update Total. You will get a total cost of your order, including the shipping cost. Also you can consult this table, the cost is different for Romania, inside EU, outside EU:

Shipping to Romania: Standard Shipping Romanian Delivery service -  only for Romanian territory - PRIORIPOST type : 4 euro

Q: Where can my order be shipped?
A: Orders can be shipped to any valid address that the Postal Services can access. Some countries - like Guatemala, Somalia, Yemen - don't have an operational postal system.


Q: I am living in Germany. Can I order something for a friend in Indonesia (for example) ?

A: Yes, you can do that. While ordering, you may provide a billing address and a shipping address, and they can be different. Also please note that we will send the shipment number barcode to the email address used when placing the order on our site.


Q: Can you ship C.O.D. - Cash on Delivery?
A: We DO NOT ship C.O.D.


Q: What insurance do I have that I will receive my order?

A: All the orders are shipped like registered parcels with shipment number. That means the insurance covered by UPU - Universal Postal Union applies.
