Payment/ Tracking/ Shipping Fees

According with EU Rules - one order must not be higher than 150 euro. If you want to order more, please place multiple orders or contact us (shop@postcardsmarket.com)

Payment is possible via paypal or Card Online payments (Visa/ Maestro/ Mastercard). You can choose your payment option at checkout. Please be aware that some banks do not allow online payment with their cards (an example is Nordea Bank from Finland, they don't have integration with Visa/ Mastercard)

Your order will be prepared, due to logistics, in maximum 7 business days from the purchase date (unless otherwise announced). We usually prepare the orders in 3-5 business days from the purchase date.

Rule is that orders are sent as priority registered mail with a tracking bar-code shipment number, using the Romanian Postal Service, part of Universal Postal Union (UPU); some orders are shipped via other international mail service - NL Post, USPS, Hermes, Packeta - according with the destination country.

Free shipping: EU Countries (European Union exept Portugal) - Free Shipping for orders higher than 69 euro to max 150 euro

• Portugal and Denmark: accepts only parcels with Content Declaration Form - AWB - we can ship there only via NL (Dutch Post)  - No Free Shipping available
• United States of America - No FREE Shipping; all orders from the U.S must have custom declaration, customs fees paid in advance, taxes for customs shipping agent.
• Rest of the World  - No Free Shipping option. 
• Some Destinations (Brazil, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, Serbia) - accepts only parcels with CN23 Form - custom declaration - AWB - we can ship there only via NL (Dutch Post) - No free shipping options

Estimate delivery time (order preparation + transit time) - this is an estimation, the delivery is made via International Postal System (UPU):

• Europe: 10-17 business days (depends also on destination country)
• North America: >30 business days (up to 50)
• Australia, New Zealand and Oceania >35 business days (up to 60)
• Asia & Pacific: >40 business days (up to 60)
• Latin America and Caribbean: >50 business days (up to 70)
• Middle East and Africa: >50 business days  (up to 70)

We try whatever we can do to meet these estimated transit times, but cannot guarantee them, especially nowadays when nothing is predictable and accurate!

We are not responsible for delays caused in customs. Local taxes and fees may apply when import. They have to be paid by the customer.
