Freddie Mercury (Farrokh Bulsara -1946 - 1991) famous representation. Sometimes, people don't need their name to be recognized. They will remain forever in our world history for certain activity that they do in their life. Known for his spectacular voice and flamboyant stage persona, Freddie Mercury became internationally known as the lead singer of Queen with the release of the successful 1974 album Sheer Heart Attack. A Night at the Opera (1975), featuring the song “Bohemian Rhapsody,” made him a star.
Mercury died in 1991 at age 45 due to complications from AIDS.
In a 2002 vote to determine who the UK public considers the greatest British people in history, Mercury was ranked 58 in the list of the 100 Greatest Britons, broadcast by the BBC.
